Auckland Geography Trip

Upon the arriving in Auckland instead of going to the langham, we experience the housing in Auckland from the 1960's bungalow to the style and class of the 90's houses. We experience the state house in Manukau and Mt Roskill and then to South Auckland. These 1960's bungalow were brick with weather board with title roofs. After about 5 mins of drive you move into the upper class and middle class housing with was very visible. From Mt. Eden there was a contrast between poverty and wealth. The CBD was easily seen with it's with the sky tower looking over the CBD. Takpuna beach was amazing with it waterfront houses and breathing taking view of the island. South Auckland retail was very different to area such as Newmarket or Sylvia park or Greenlane. The Transportation they use in Auckland is Public transport with is very good fo those who do not drive. for examples taxi serves and Bus.The high end retail shops of Queens street was very visible with shops like Mont Blonc and other high end retails shops.
